悬链式抛丸机

悬链式抛丸机是根据用户要求而设计制作的一种新型的专用设备，

它适用于钢结构、建筑机械、机床底座等大型焊接结构件表面清理。

悬链抛丸清理，不但可以去除工件表面的铁锈、氧化皮、污物等，使工件表面呈现金属本色，消除工件内部应力，提高工件抗疲劳性能，

增加工件喷漆时的漆膜附着力，并达到提高工件表面及内在质量的目的。
悬链式抛丸机由抛丸清理室、抛丸器总成、丸料循环净化系统(螺旋输送器、提升机、分离器、弹丸控制系统)

悬链输送系统、滚刷装置、吹扫装置、检修平台、除尘系统、气控系统、电气控制系统等组成。
